They are really good and great value bands. I use them when I am unable to get to the gym. The entire packaging of the item is so personal and a card from the proprietor. The product is very well made. There is also a visual exercise plan, which is most beneficial in getting the most out of the bands. All the bands are colour coded with weight equivalents. Very clever. Good for taking on holidays, or in fact any where. It comes with its own pouch and a door attachment to get the most out of your workout. I like this product – got the 250lbs black set – smells like real Latex, looks well made, good quality comfortable accessories. Came with a small well written user guide and a large poster with example exercises. I was worried about the length and size of the bands based on other reviews, but for me at 5"10 they work well and are maybe only slightly too long – the manual shows how to tie a knot in the band to shorten them which I may decide to do later – but I suspect it will be difficult to later undo. They come in a small compact bag made of a cheap material – keeps everything together – but I'll throw mine into my sports bag. The resistances are labelled at one end only – and I kinda wish they were coloured now so they can be identified easier as it takes be a moment to riffle through them to find the right one each time. To me they feel lighter than the the labelled amount – in the gym I can't curl 60 lbs dumbbells, but I just went and did a full set of curls using the 60 lbs band no problem. I would say the weight feels like 2/3rds or so less than the amount on the label, however this is fine for me and it is still a very useful amount of resistance for me. If I can find my luggage scales I might do some tests – if I do I'll update this review. Overall I am very impressed with this product – for the price it offers a cheap and convenient way to get in exercise when I don't have time to get to the gym.

Firstly these bands look – and work well. Comfortable handles, nice travel bag and well made. They offer a good workout with minimal fuss. Use them 20 minutes everyday. However as with all this type of band they have a fairly short (3 or 4 weeks of moderate 20 minutes per day use) working life. First they start to lose elasticity, then they crack in half at a random point. Sometimes they twang in two halves which catches you with surprise. So good, but bank on regular purchases if used regularly.
These resistance bands are fantastic. They range from 10kg to 50kg. There are 5 different weights. The quality is superb, the webbing loops at the end of each band are excellent quality with really good stiching. The handles that clip onto the bands are very soft so no issues with blisters. There are also ankle bands that also have loops that clip onto the bands. Everything is of professional quality for anyone wanting to tone their body. Included is a wall chart showing a host of different routines you can use. I had a small issue but the seller was very professional and helped me every step of the way. I will look to use this company for future purchases. Great product.
This set of bands are pretty resilient. I have intentionally stretched them beyond what I thought their capable limit and I was surprised how they have not suffered any laxity from it. The elastic is resilient, doesn’t have that funky smell, and the length of them is mostly appropriate for a 5’3” individual. You can modify the length by adjusting the slide of the band and tying a knot, but I have not tried this.The handles are comfortable to hold, the Velcro straps are pretty comfortable even though one of them has some pointed material that digs into my ankle so I have to position the cuff just right. they clip onto the bands with ease. The price and variety of weights and ability to clip multiple bands onto the handles or cuffs is great. I would recommend.
